Internships

Internships in Studio Art

USCB Studio Art students may participate in internships to extend their learning outside the studio and classroom. An internship is an optional part of the university's art program.  Students have worked as artist assistants, in galleries, graphic design firms and agencies.

Undergraduates have completed internships at museums, galleries, nonprofits and artist studios including.  These experiences help them build the foundation for a career in the art world, expore academic concepts and career options, and gain practical experience.  Some of our interns go on to work within the same organizations in which they interned.
