Study Public Health at USCB

USCB’s Public Health program prepares students for the multidisciplinary field of practice concerned with designing, implementing, and evaluating interventions that enable individuals, families, groups, organizations, and communities, to play active roles in achieving, protecting and sustaining the public's health.

The program prepares students for graduate study and/or careers in schools, hospitals, health care facilities work places, communities, government and non-profit organizations worldwide. Graduates can also become health educators or community education specialists

Earn a BA or BS in Public Health — Online or in Person

USCB offers two routes to a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health: in-person classes on our Bluffton campus or 100% online with virtual instruction. The online option is for USCB students who need the flexibility to learn remotely from any location. In both tracks and both degree programs, students work closely with faculty on a variety of real-world research and community projects.

For students who have earned previous college or university credits but need to complete their degree, we offer an online completion program leading to a BA or BS in Public Health.
